The Christmas service is free and open to the public. Music will be provided by the Cathedral Brass of Birmingham, organist Jamie McLemore of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, and Vocalist Dr. Lara Wilson of the UAB School of Music.The service is a celebration of Christmas in music. It includes traditional Christmas songs and sacred hymns. There will be a reading from the Old Testament foretelling Christ’s coming, and the story of the birth of Christ from the New Testament.
