2014-2015 Attendance Due

All attendance records for the 2014-2015 school year must be submitted and completed by this date.  This is Essential’s only requirement for enrollment and is a requirement of the state law.

Attendance records can be:

• Completed Online (click here to complete now)
• Uploaded on Member Page
• Scanned  and sent via email

*Those who are delinquent in submitting attendance records will be automatically withdrawn and reported to the local school superintendent for the security of our school.*

(This only applies to those enrolled during the 2014-2015 school year)
