We will offer 2-day group testing for students in grades 3-8 at our offices. PLEASE NOTE:  This is a 2-day testing process.  Your student will be required to attend BOTH testing days. MORE INFO ABOUT THE TEST: We are offering the Iowa Assessments Form E, which is the most up-to-date test available to our school.  This test assesses a broad array of skills in these areas: • Vocabulary • Reading Comprehension • Language (Spelling, Capitalization, Punctuation, Usage and Expression) • Math (Concepts and Estimation, Problem Solving and Data Interpretation, Computation) • Social Studies • Science • Sources of Information (Maps and Diagrams, Reference Materials).  Students mark answers on a bubble sheet. Each section is timed.  Test results are thorough and highlight strengths and weaknesses. Alabama Homeschool Prom 2020

PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH OTHER HOMESCHOOLERS Open to any Homeschool 9-12th grade student and guest. We are asking for RSVP to better prepare for this event. Those who RSVP and are on the list, .... will pay $50 per person at the gate. Those who show up with no RSVP, will pay $ 70 per person. (Note, the RSVP link will close one week prior to the event. After that you will just need to show up and pay the non RSVP price...) Dress code is Semi-formal. most girls will be in a prom type dress, boys need a suit or tux... Our events are well chaperoned. Parents who feel they must stay for the prom, need to pay to get in and be dressed for the dance. Back to School ‘Drive Thru’ Party

Join us for a drive thru party! COVID won’t stop us from joining together, sharing resources, and making connections! Between 1-2pm, make plans to drive through the park to gather information about local resources, BHC community-building events, and maybe even a competition!  Our team is planning to have interactive fun and giveaways for your students from preschool to teens. At 2pm, families may want to enjoy the park, but please wait until 2pm (after our BHC-sponsored drive thru) for park play.
