Alabama Homeschool Prom 2015

Held every year at the beautiful Gabrella Manor! First Thursday in May, this year that is May 7th. 7-11 pm $30 per person. Pay at the door. We have a professional photographer, $25 for basic picture package. Semi formal. Note: most girls do wear a prom dress, boys need a suit, or sport coat, a few will wear a tux. This dance is open to any homeschool student in Alabama and a date. The date does not have to be homeschooled. Snacks and sodas provided... Music provided by DJ (no vulgar music) Off duty policemen to help patrol the grounds. We have plenty of chaperones. If parents feel they simply must stay, they must dress up for the dance and pay to get in. Spread the word to any and all homeschoolers you know. All attendance records for the 2014-2015 school year must be submitted and completed by this date.  This is Essential's only requirement for enrollment and is a requirement of the state law. Attendance records can be: Completed Online (click here to complete now) Uploaded on Member Page Scanned  and sent via email *Those who are delinquent in submitting attendance records will be automatically withdrawn and reported to the local school superintendent for the security of our school.* (This only applies to those enrolled during the 2014-2015 school year)

Deadline for 2015-2016 Re-Enrollment

Re-Enrollment is due on July 1, 2016, but we extend the re-enrollment period deadline to August 1st. The Re-Enrollment Form will be posted on your Member Page by May 1st.  You must have completed and reported your 2014-2015 school days before you can re-enroll. The form will lead you through enrolling new students for the school year, changing your address, or withdrawing certain students.  If you have any questions or concerns after completing the form, please contact us.
