High school students are encouraged to attend for information and inspiration for the future. "College" can be so much more than just academics - come explore all the opportunities. Pumpkin Decorating Park Day

BHC Thanksgiving Feast
Homewood Central Park 1632 Oxmoor Road, Homewood, AL, United StatesHomewood Central Park has a very large field to set up picnic blankets, camp chairs, and even portable tables. If you are comfortable with sharing food and eating as a potluck, you can bring your own table to set up at your picnic spot. This is a great way to connect with other families. We will have Thanksgiving crafts and activities available, and teens are encouraged to come as well! This event will be held rain or shine. We won’t be able to reschedule this event, but we encourage everyone to be wise and safe if there is inclement weather.

BHC Science Fair
Hoover Public Library 200 Municipal Lane, Hoover, AL, United StatesShare your knowledge and experiments! We are excited to offer the BHC Science Fair for the 2023-2024 school year for all ages and grade levels as well. We do require you to register your student’s project by January 23rd if possible. The $5 registration fee will help BHC cover the expenses of the venue, judges, and prizes – yes, this event includes some friendly competition!
