Birmingham area Homeschool Teens will gather to celebrate the season at the Chelsea Senior Center on Thursday, January 11th from 6-8 pm. Each student should bring a holiday treat and a drink to share with the group. Also bring a wrapped White Elephant gift for a Dirty Santa game. The gifts must be previously owned (not purchased new for this event), the sillier and tackier, the better! Join us for perhaps the largest valentine swap in the world! This event is often a wonderful time for Essential families to re-connect after the busy holiday season. Teens are encouraged to come as well and usually gather together for "social" time, and they are often recruited to "judge" the valentine box contest.
