We have officially opened our doors for education, and it is exciting! Please check out the website for details about enrollment, which will be open until September 1st. Still working on the handbook, so here is a quick overview of what we do:
Requirements:
• Complete application and pay tuition ($100/family/year – or $50 w/application and $50 by Feb. 1, 2010)
• Keep record of attendance
• Highly recommend HSLDA membership (Use group name, Highlands Homeschoolers, and discount group #299161 at www.hslda.org)
Not required:
• Lesson plan or planbook reviews
• Report cards (though we do encourage semester reports to aid in transcript, sample semester reports will be available on the website soon)
• Meetings (again we may occasionally offer workshops or informational meetings, but these are voluntary)
• Curriculum lists or requirements
